On May 11, 2011 in Scottsdale, Arizona Mark Breen received the 2011 Whitney M. Young Jr. Award from the Greater Phoenix Urban League.  Mr. Breen, President of Altantic Development & Investments, Inc. in Phoenix, Arizona,  has successfully built and managed affordable housing for over 20 years in Greater Phoenix and other areas of the counry.  We would like to congratulate Mr. Breen for this special award. 

Since 1945, the Greater Phoenix Urban League has worked to help individuals who confront hardships improve their quality of life. The tradition of direct and targeted educational programs, home ownership assistance, and job readiness training has been a hallmark of the Greater Phoenix Urban League (GPUL) since its founding.  The Greater Phoenix Urban League is one of the 101 affiliates of the National Urban League.
